1 General Provisions

This document is a legally binding agreement between the 77bk platform ("Platform", "Site") and its registered user ("Member", "you"). By opening or using an account on the Platform, you are considered to have accepted all of the terms below.

• These terms must be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy — those documents form an integral part of this agreement.
• If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
• 77bk reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continuing to use the site after any amendment means the new terms have been accepted.
• Any activity prohibited under applicable law in Bangladesh may not be carried out on this platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and use services on 77bk, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must operate the account in your own name and with your own information — opening or operating an account on behalf of another person is not allowed.
• Each person may open one account only. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all of them will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Residents of areas where online betting is legally prohibited should not use the platform.

3 Account Registration & Security

All information you provide at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

• Keeping your password and login details fully confidential is your responsibility. You are liable for any consequences arising from another person using your account.
• Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to the 77bk support team immediately.
• 77bk reserves the right to cancel any account opened with false information.
• Your account is protected with SSL encryption technology.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Accepted payment methods on 77bk are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). No payment methods other than these four are currently accepted.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (the same limit applies to all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name, and withdrawals must go to that same account.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same account used for the deposit — withdrawal requests to a different account will be rejected.
• In compliance with anti-money-laundering regulations, 77bk may carry out additional verification on any deposit or withdrawal request.
• 77bk is not liable for delays caused by technical errors or banking issues, but will make every effort to resolve them as quickly as possible.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

77bk provides various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms as described on the offer page. General bonus rules are given below:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example — deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Wagering Requirement: You must wager 25 times the bonus amount on the bonus only (not on the deposit amount). For example — if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing.
• To withdraw winnings earned while a bonus is active, the wagering requirement must be fully met.
• 77bk reserves the right to cancel bonuses and close accounts if a member is found to be using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, abusing the bonus system, or engaging in any fraudulent activity.
• The maximum bet amount while a bonus is active and the list of eligible games are stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• 77bk reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 VIP Program

The 77bk VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on your activity on the platform. The cashback amount, applicable period, and withdrawal conditions will be communicated at the time each cashback is issued. VIP benefits are non-transferable and 77bk reserves the right to change program details at any time.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports betting, casino games, slots, and other gaming services are available on 77bk. The following general rules apply to all games:

• Each game or betting category has its own rules, which are displayed in the relevant section.
• If a game result is inconclusive due to a technical error, 77bk will cancel the relevant bet and refund the staked amount.
• Attempting to gain an advantage through any software bug, strategic loophole, or other irregular method is prohibited. If such activity is proven, the related winnings will be voided.
• If multiple members collude to manipulate outcomes in order to obtain bonuses or rewards, all accounts involved will be closed.
• In sports betting, 77bk reserves the right to change the odds and markets it provides.

8 Prohibited Activities

Carrying out any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Opening an account with false or incomplete information.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Using software bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Attempting to manipulate outcomes in coordination with other members.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's computer systems or network.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, deception, or spreading misleading information.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

• Your information will never be sold to third parties.
• Payment information is protected by SSL encryption.
• Data is used to improve the user experience in accordance with the site's cookie policy.
• Information may be provided in response to valid requests from law enforcement authorities.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

77bk may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any breach of these terms is proven.
• Failure to complete identity verification or if information does not match.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• At your own request — for self-exclusion or responsible gaming purposes.
• An account that has been inactive for an extended period.

You may also close your account at any time by notifying the support team. If a valid balance remains at the time of closure and the wagering requirements have been met, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it.

13 Limitation of Liability

77bk is not liable for the following:

• Games or bets being interrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical reasons.

• Account passwords or information being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• The user's lack of awareness of the laws applicable in their own area.
